We realise that there are a number of pet relocation services operating both in the UK and within Europe. Having worked in the industry a number of years we feel we have the experience and customer service clients expect.
All of our team are passionate animal lovers. We take great care of your pet’s needs. During the journey we stop regularly and take your dogs for regular walks, in secure areas away from traffic and danger. We supply fresh water throughout the journey to keep them hydrated. Given each pet has their own nutritional requirements, we will only feed them with food provided by you.
We have a range of different sized vehicles and pet travel crates suited to a range of pet transport jobs. All vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained to a high standard. Each vehicle is also insulated and fitted with independent temperature controlled heating for winter and night-time travel. Vehicles also have state of the art independent cooling systems for summer months, particularly for warmer European climates..
All our drivers hold a DEFRA Type 2 licence to transport animals within the UK. We are also registered by DAERA which allows us to transport pets within the EU. Fully insured, our insurance covers us for up to £50,000 for vet fees in the unlikely event your pet requires treatment on the journey. We are happy to show all insurance and licenses to any potential customer.
All our pet transport vehicles have satellite tracking systems in place and a summary and report can be offered which will confirm the route, journey time and all stops made (along with the duration) should this be required. Tracking links can be provided (via WhatsApp only) when we are en-route to your location so you can track progress and arrival times.
